Our state of the art facility for extraction from botanical sources using Supercritical Fluid Extraction with CO2 is complete and fully functional.
 

It is located in a Government designated special agro/food processing zone (Mega Food Park) in Surat, India.

 

Our Fully automated SCFE extraction plant can operate at over 400 bar pressure and capable of servicing customers for products like Lutein, lycopene, beta carotene, etc.
 

​It is Equipped with SCADA technology allowing us to gather critical data to effectively monitor analyse each manufacturing batch separately in detail.

R&D

In addition to the commercial SCFE plant we have a pilot scale SCFE plant to conduct product trials and research and development activities.
 

We also have a fully equipped in-house laboratory with HPLC and UV-Vis spectrophotometer for internal quality testing and R&D purpose.
 

All our inputs are pre-tested before commercial operations.
